In 2025, the company proudly launched Tellus Together, their in-house philanthropic organization designed to make a meaningful difference in the communities where they develop master-planned projects. They contribute to various 501(c)(3) organizations, and as part of their commitment, they hold an annual company-wide volunteer workday.

Our Work At Home
This year, they focused on supporting and nourishing neighbors in Prosper, assisting them in rebuilding after their facility was damaged. Additionally, their longstanding support for ManeGait Therapeutic Horseback Riding, established by Tellus Group’s own Tina Sauseda, showcases the company’s dedication to helping those in need. Over the past decade, they’ve contributed to ManeGait mission, highlighting the belief in the power of therapeutic programs. Looking ahead, Tellus Group recently announced plans to construct homes for each of their communities earmarked for the Homes for Heroes initiative. By donating lots for homes built by partner builders like Highland Homes, they aim to provide deserving recipients, identified through reputable, vetted programs, with a place they can call home.
