In 2025, we proudly launched Tellus Together, our in-house philanthropic organization designed to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we develop master-planned projects. We contribute to various 501(c)(3) organizations, and as part of our commitment, we hold an annual company-wide volunteer workday.

Partnering for Impact: DL Meacham
One of the highlights of our outreach this year has been our partnership with DL Meacham. Their generosity, collaboration, and boots-on-the-ground support have amplified our efforts in extraordinary ways. We are deeply grateful for their partnership.
What We’ve Accomplished So Far in 2025
Volunteering at Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors
Our team spent a volunteer day assisting Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors, contributing to their mission of fighting food insecurity and ensuring more families have access to healthy meals.
Concrete Improvements at the N3 Site
Together with DL Meacham, we poured concrete at the N3 location, significantly improving site safety and accessibility for both workers and clients. This project is a testament to the power of partnership.
Supporting Young Entrepreneurs in Frisco
Through a donation to the Action Children’s Business Fair, we helped inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs by giving kids the chance to showcase their ideas, build confidence, and explore business in a hands-on way.
Continued Support for ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship
Our long-standing partnership with ManeGait remains strong, as we continue to support their incredible work offering therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with special needs.
We’re just getting started. As Tellus Together continues to grow, we remain focused on serving with purpose, partnering with compassion, and creating impact that lasts.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Our Work At Home
This year, we focused on supporting and nourishing neighbors in Prosper, assisting them in rebuilding after their facility was damaged. Additionally, our longstanding support for ManeGait Therapeutic Horseback Riding, established by Tellus Group’s own Tina Sauseda, showcases our company’s dedication to helping those in need. Over the past decade, we’ve contributed to ManeGait mission, highlighting the belief in the power of therapeutic programs. Looking ahead, Tellus Group recently announced plans to construct homes for each of our communities earmarked for the Homes for Heroes initiative. By donating lots for homes built by partner builders like Highland Homes, we aim to provide deserving recipients, identified through reputable, vetted programs, with a place they can call home.
