Tellus Group Dominates McSam Awards Finalist List with Seven Nods, Including Developer of the Year
Recognition includes top honors for Mosaic and Windsong Ranch master planned communities
DALLAS – April 22, 2025 – Tellus Group, a leader in visionary community development, has been named a finalist in seven categories for the 2025 McSam Awards, including the prestigious Developer of the Year honor, solidifying the company’s standing as a leading force in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market.
In addition to the Developer of the Year nomination, where Tellus is competing alongside Hillwood, the firm is a finalist for Master Planned Community of the Year for both Mosaic, a 760-acre single-family residential community in Celina, TX and Windsong Ranch, a 2,030-acre master planned community in Prosper, TX. The Lagoon at Windsong Ranch is also a finalist for Best Community Amenity

The McSam Awards are presented annually by the Dallas Builders Association, a trade organization chartered in 1944 to represent all segments of the residential building industry throughout the region. Its mission is to enhance members’ ability to provide safe, affordable, quality housing to citizens across North Texas. Presented by LP Building Solutions, the McSam Awards celebrate the best in sales and marketing excellence across the Dallas Metroplex. Winners will be announced on April 26.
