Amaris Lozano
Amaris Lozano joined Tellus Group in 2022 as Operations Coordinator. She comes to the company with tremendous experience in master-planned community lifestyle programming and management. As Operations Coordinator, Amaris provides support to the company’s Operations, Development and Executive teams. Her overall office management includes being the main liaison for coordination of communications and documentation internally as well as with outside homebuilders, consultants, and governmental authorities.
From 2017 – 2022, Amaris worked with CCMC as a Lifestyle Director for multiple master-planned communities in San Antonio and the DFW area. During this time, she acquired extensive experience working with developers, portfolio managers, boards of directors, and community managers in developing operations and lifestyle offerings for various resident demographics. Her work included restructuring policies and procedures for neighborhood organizations, preparing financial and variance reports, coordinating sales and marketing for event sponsorships, planning and implementing of lifestyle programming, and new homeowner orientations.
A native of Edinburg, Texas, Amaris studied Public Relations at the University of Texas at San Antonio and received her Bachelor of Science in communications. Her professional associations include being a past member of CAI (Community Association Institute) where she served as Committee Chair of the Membership Committee. Additionally, she is an experienced event manager, social media content coordinator, customer service manager, and talented graphic designer.
